Another appearance by Officer Nobb, this time with his partner, Officer Tingles. (Can I just say here that I found those names much more amusing than I should have? I'm weird.)
One of the many problems with using cheap-ass video editing software is that it makes things blurry and dark. You can barely make out a face on poor Officer Tingles, here.
